Euro and World Machines Overview

Manually operated butt welding machines for PE and PP pipes and fittings. Machines versatile and very light , supplied with a metal frame specially studied for easy operations and transport complete with a drawer which will hold accessories when not in use. The " World " models could be supplied with a combined wooden box , highly suited for easy operation and transport.

The " World " models can be also supplied with a special spring allowing the machine to weld pipes and fittings PN10 up to d.160mm. Workshop manually operated butt welding machines for PE and PP pipes and fittings. Very strong machines with two light weight alloy carriages ( one fixed , the other one sliding ). The sliding carriage is operated by a lever that is also connected to the pressure indication bar. Machines being cap sizable into the frame reduce the overall dimensions for the transport and stocking when not in use.

Description

Portable butt welding PTFE coated heating mirrors for PE and PP pipes and fittings , supplied with adjustable temperature and support. On request each mirror can be supplied with a metal box.

Description

Workshop manually operated butt welding machine for PE and PP pipes and fittings.
The pivoting clamps allows the machine to fabricate segmented bends with different radius.
The machine being capsizable into the frame reduces the overall dimensions for transport and stocking when not in use.
The machine is supplied complete of: electric facing tool PTFE coated heating mirror.

Description

The machine is composed by:
Two carriages mounted on roller bearings one fixed and the other one movable on chrome plated slide bars d.25mm.
The operating lever besides moving the trolley acts on a calibrated scale in order to apply the correct welding pressure of the PE pipe to be weld.
Electric mill cutter with micro switch control on the handle running over on a slide bar .
Removable PTFE coated heating mirror with special housing located on the machine, running over on a slide bar .
Right and left clamps d. 250 mm rotating up to 7,5° highly suitable for the short spigot fittings.
