SURELINE II PIPE

Due to the cost-pressure on the installation of underground piping systems as well as the requirement of reducing the disturbing influence on the existing infrastructure during the installation, trench less installation technologies are becoming more important. The Sureline II piping system was developed especially for these reasons. The Sureline II-pipes are co extruded solid pipes with an integrated, coloured function layer. By using the currently high-grade, vulcanised material PE 100 VRC the Sureline II-pipe offers the ideal protection, e.g. against point loads, crack initiation, slow crack propagation and external damage.

The Sureline II-pipes are available in the dimensions from OD 110 up to OD 400mm as well as in the SDR classes SDR 17 and SDR 11. The pipes are delivered in a standard length of 12 m. Up to OD 125mm it is also possible to deliver the Sureline II-pipes in coils of 100m length.
