Description
PLC controlled sheets bending machines for PE, PP and other thermoplastic
materials. The only one of its kind featuring combined pneumatic
and hydraulic functions.
Besides the setting up of the preliminary operations, the machines
PLC allows for an automatic cycle. The end of the cycle is marked
by the end of the selecting bend. Particular care has been taken
during the design and manufacturing of the heating mirror due
to the fact that the same mirror is used to bend 60° and 90°
just turning out the mirror. Temperature uniformity along its
surface and flexibility being paramount importance.
The working cycle of this machine is semi automatic, therefore
there are operations to be done manually and other might be executed
in automatic.
